OFFICIAL RULES IMPORTANT:

Please read these Official Rules before entering the Cataclysm Kin Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), presented by Trigonic Media LLC ("Sponsor").

By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to these Official Rules, which shall govern in the event of any inconsistency with other Sweepstakes-related materials.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. ELIGIBILITY:

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Limit one (1) entry per person. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Trigonic Media LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter.

ENTRY PERIOD:

The Sweepstakes begins at 11:00 AM Central Time on May 15, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on June 6, 2025.

HOW TO ENTER:

Enter by visiting https://www.trigonicmedia.com/cataclysm-kin-giveaway and completing the entry form as instructed. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be void. Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, misdirected submissions, or any errors or malfunctions that may occur during the entry process. All entries become the property of Trigonic Media LLC and will not be returned. Content submitted (including comments or posts) may not contain obscene, defamatory, or infringing material as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any photo or video submission must be original or used with appropriate permissions.

PRIVACY POLICY:

All information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with Trigonic Media LLC’s privacy policy, available at https://trigonicmedia.com/privacy.

PRIZES:

Ten (10) winners will each receive: One (1) Cataclysm Kin themed t-shirt One (1) special pre-release edition of the Cataclysm Kin novel A limited set of Cataclysm Kin bookmarks Approximate Retail Value per Prize Pack: $45.00 Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Any taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.

WINNER SELECTION:

Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about June 7, 2025, from all eligible entries received by the entry deadline. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Winners will be notified by email and must respond within ten (10) days. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, where permitted by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY / PUBLICITY LICENSE:

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Trigonic Media LLC, its affiliates, agents, and employees from any and all liability, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation or use/misuse of any prize. Except where prohibited, by entering, winners grant Sponsor a royalty-free license to use their name, likeness, and submitted content in promotional materials without further compensation or approval, in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, and in perpetuity.

MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION:

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other issue beyond its control affects the integrity of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may select winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received before cancellation.

GOVERNING LAW:

All issues concerning these rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. By entering, entrants consent to jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Cass County, Missouri.
